You can now fill out the annual town survey online.
Arlington Vision 2020, whose mission is to advance the town goals and foster an engaged, culturally diverse and civically active community, announced the advance for the 2018 survey.
The survey, open to all Arlington residents, includes questions on local shopping, dining and entertainment, the care and preservation of Arlington’s trees, the community energy program (Community Choice Aggregation) and the Library of Things.
First launched in 1995, the Vision 2020 survey is an essential tool that helps inform town government and committees about the priorities and opinions of Arlington residents. The results directly affect vital decisions that help make Arlington a vibrant community.
Residents can access the survey online — at arlingtonma.gov/vision2020survey — before March 1, 2018.
If you do not have access to a computer, or need assistance in completing the survey, paper copies will be available at the Robbins Library reference desk, Fox Library Branch main desk and the Senior Center lobby at the Maple Street entrance.
Vision 2020 is seeking volunteers to assist with data entry for paper submissions and data analysis of the survey results in 2018. You can email vision2020[@]town.arlington.ma.us if you are interested in helping with the survey.
